A single elephant can make very short work of a mature tree…..

The normal view of these beautiful impala….. their butts as they run away. When they run, jump, make jarring turns at full gallop, it is not surprising that the cats fail to catch them most of the time.

Siblings never showed anything but interest and playfulness between each other…. No visible rivalries or fights…..

Over and over again we are reminded that these beautiful beasts have an incredible sense of family, closeness, and compassion…. Not just among their immediate family but also the other members of their group. The young seem to be able to go to any adult for attention and comfort.
